What is Batizado?

When is the event?

The event takes place the whole weekend from Friday, Oct. 26 to Sunday Oct. 28 2018. It starts on Friday around 4 pm with several workshops.

The “Batizado und Troca de Cordas” starts at noon on Sunday, Oct. 28 2018.

What is offered?

Trial lessons and many workshops are also an important part of the event.

This year we have the honor and the pleasure to welcome Meister Umoi from Düsseldorf. We have several workshops with:

• Mestre Umoi – Düsseldorf / Germany (Grupo União na Capoeira)
• Contramestre Vaqueiro – Starnberg / Germany(Ligando Mundos)

Registration, fees and payment

Registration

In the Email please add the following information:

* Participant: Full name of the partipants

* Information about payment: Account holder, date and amount (see below details about bank account and fees)

* Activities: Trial lesson, 1-day Workshop, 2-day Workshop, 3-day Workshop & Batizado

* T-Shirt size: Man (XS/S/M/L/XL), Miss (XS/S/M/L/XL), Children by age (4, 6, 8, 10, 12)

* Comments: e.g. “only on Sunday”

* Accommodation: If you need accommodation, please tell us. We will be happy to help you.

Event Fees

Fee for the Batizado and all workshops together:

1. – Registration and payment until August 30th 2018

1 Person – 50 €
Family discount: – 40 € p.P.

2. – Registration and payment after August 30th 2018

1 Person – 60 € p.P.
Family discount:  50 € p.P.

3. – Only trial lessons or workshops

1 trial lesson – 15 € p.P.
1-day workshop – 30 € p.P.
2-day workshop – 50 € p.P.

Location / Arrival

Sports hall, Montessori School, Freising
Gute Änger 32, 85356 Freising

Parking places direct in the Montessori school and also along the street Gute Änger on both sides.

By car

Highway A92: Exit Freising-Mitte. Continue over the street Ismaninger Str. to the industrial zone (“Gewerbegebiet” in German).

Highway A92: Exit Freising-Ost. Continue over the road B301, first exit direction Freising Isarstraße.

Highway A9: Exit Allershausen. Continue about 15 min over the city road St2084 to Freising.

By train

Freising has a train station with connections from the South (Munich) or from the North (Landshut, Regensburg, Nürnberg).

Metro S1 to Freising from München Hbf (central station)
* Journey takes approx. 40 min. The metro S1 travels every 20 or 40 min.

Train RE oder ALEX over Freising from München Hbf
* Journey takes approx. 25 min. The trains travel every 30 to 60 Min.

Attention: the S1 is divided in Neufarn. The front part continues to Freising. the rear part goes to the Munich airport. If you are in the wrong part, you can easily change in Neufahrn.

By bus

From Freising train station (side Bahnhof P+R “Park & Ride”) there are several buses going to the Montessori school (bus stop “Gute Änger”).

Bus 622 (4 min): Freising P+R to Gute Änger

Bus 623 (4 min): Freising P+R to Gute Änger

Bus 634 (10 min): Freising P+R to Kirche St. Lantpert. Then walk 7 Min.

From the Munich airport Franz Josef Strauss

Bus 635 (25 min): daily every 20 Min from Munich airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 to the Freising train station (Bahnhof). Journey takes about 25 min.
Ticket: 2,90 €

Metro S1 (30 min):
* First with the S1 from the airport to Neufahrn (direction Munich).
* Then change to the other S1 in Neufahrn direction to Freising.
Fahrkarte: 5,90 €

Attention: the S1 is divided in Neufarn. The front part continues to Freising. the rear part goes to the Munich airport. If you are in the wrong part, you can easily change in Neufahrn.
